So I had to "reset" some cast iron pans that got rusty last night by running them on the self cleaning cycle in the oven. As a result, the seasoning is totally stripped off. At the house I have coconut oil, sesame oil, a canola/olive/soybean oil blend (ick, it's my roommate's but she offered it to me) straight up olive oil, butter, and bacon that I can render for the fat. Which of these would be best to reseason the pan with? This is my first experience using cast iron.
