So I posted a while ago because I watched Catfish the movie, and was freaking. Out. About how hot this guy is. I'm still not over his face, so I started watching Catfish the TV show, where he goes around the country with another cutie, Max, and they visit people in online relationships who haven't met each other.
So far all the eps I've watched haven't had a single real person at the end of them. They're always someone pretending to be someone else! Is there never going to be someone who's genuinely who they are?
Also, the show's just got me thinking about how sad it is that all these people live in places where they can't be themselves? Like there are a few gay guys who have talked about how hard it is to be out in their IRL lives, so it's so nice to be someone else on the internet fr a while, and have this long distance relationship where they can be who they are, but they also definitely can't be who they really are. If that makes sense.
America must be so big, and different everywhere. I'm coming to New York in October, and it'll be my first time in the States, can we all hang out? I want to meet GTers in person! Also... do you think I'll meet the love of my life in New York, and he'll look like Nev Schulman? Also, is it true that OPI is only like $5 in America? And also, you guys, is all your food huge? I've heard pizza slices will be as big as my face, and I'm excited to eat them.
