Cellulite - Is there really anything that helps?

Since there are so many ladies on here, I thought it might be worth a shot asking if anyone knows of ANYTHING that helps cellulite. It doesn't have to make it go away entirely, but even an improvement would be good.

I am at the bottom of the BMI "normal weight category" having put on a few kilograms over the last year. Beforehand I have always been in the underweight category (although at the top end - not dangerously). When I was thinner and doing shit loads of exercise, I still had cellulite, but not that much. Fast forward a few years and my legs are pretty much swamped in it - especially the backs. I hate it so much, but don't know how to get rid of it.

I'm trying to lose a few kilograms to get back to my normal weight, and have started doing regular exercise again, but so far it hasn't helped.


My diet is okay - the only genuinely "bad" food I eat on a regular basis, is cheese. I take a multivitamin every day.

Seriously - any advise would be hugely appreciated. Creams, scrubs, miracle foods...anything.
