how about a midday chat about cheese??? I love cheese. I have cheese at least once per day. Typically for lunch I have six small slices of cheese with triscuits. My favorite cheese for this is Cabot habanero cheddar. Another fav is Cabot extra sharp cheddar. This cheese is also amazing in Mac and cheese.
What’s your favorite types of cheese? Favorite cheese applications? Any cheese you don’t enjoy?
Besides the Cabot cheeses I LOVE a good manchego or some oozy baked Brie. Besides just straight up I do love me a good old fashioned grilled cheese, with white American cheese (land o lakes brand). I do not enjoy goat cheese. Not for me.
