I just heard from an old coworker who works with the animal control shelter there that a bunch of cats just came in from a hoarding situation. Like 25 or 35 of them. The local rescues that transfer cats from them are going to be in DESPERATE need of kitty foster homes in the next few days. I've had similar situations at my shelter and I KNOW how much it sucks to have the equivalent of a week's population of cats come in in an hour. So, if you or someone you know is willing to foster a cat or two, please check with your local rescues.
