i know people here have done things like cleanses. I’ve always been curious and have considering trying one but I never know what exactly to do since some seem questionable. Now is a good time for me as I am on vacation (!!!!) and don’t have many obligations or stressors. I eat healthy-ish... Meaning a lot of carbs, tons of veggies, dairy once a day, and meat every few weeks. Ideally I would do something not too expensive. Any ideas or experiences? Any info would be very appreciated. Thank you!!!

ETA I guess more like a meal plan type diet? Also I may or may not have had my fair share of wine and gummy bears recently sooo.. My diet is not great at the moment hehe. I appreciate any thoughts on this mundane topic
