I really need help with motivation when it comes to going on a walk/run and have been debating the zombie app. The problem is that there's a super scary stretch (since I am one of those prone to thinking about something scary and thereby scaring myself silly) on my running path. (That I've talked about here.)

Basically, this is a post where I whine about being a giant sissypants, but it's a real problem! I don't know what to do.

Edited to ask: Does anyone use any non-terrifying running apps that they like and/or are good motivators?
