Cooking for One

Cooking for one can be frustrating. Most recipes seem to be geared toward 4-ish servings, and most ingredients are sold in bulk.. That would be all well and good if I wasn’t so dang fickle. I tend to eat a lot of one thing for a short time, then not touch it again for months, even years.

So tell me, GT-osphere, what are some go-to recipes for one that you enjoy? What foods or combos (bacon/onions, black beans/rice) do you make in bulk to add to recipes later? Any reliable recipes you can’t get enough of?
