So, I've got these lovely yellow beans from the farmer's market. Looks kinda like halfway between a broad bean (in the pod) and a green bean (only yellow). They steam up really well, and I've been eating a lot of them tossed in salads, bean salads, tossed with vinegar, etc. They taste basically like a slightly more starchy green bean. This preparation, however, has gotten old.

I'm feeling like making my lazy version of Thai food, and I've got a lovely yellow curry paste. If I saute up some other veggies, do we think these would taste good with a yellow curry paste?

(the rest of the veggies would be cabbage, sweet peppers, onions, maybe carrots, added to a mix of rice and lentils)

My limited experience with Thai food has not involved green beans or other veggies similar to green beans.
