So I saw my doc yesterday and am on a slight medication adjustment. I feel more in control today than I did yesterday. Not 100%, certainly—I've probably spent more time on Twitter than working in the past three hours—but I feel better. More capable. I'm not totally off the rails ADHD.
So it's good. I'm having anxiety about my grad school move, but otherwise I'm doing okay today so far. Trying to drink more water instead of coffee, see if that makes me more alert. Watching training videos to learn how to code in Swift.
