I just downloaded a free Couch to 5k app, because I’d like to get to the point where I could slow jog for 3.3 miles. I’ve been doing some Orange Theory classes twice a week for the past few months, but I’d like to add in this jogging goal (and it’s something I can do with Utah, who could stand to lose a few lbs too).  

We did the first workout today, which was only 28 minutes long and not unbearable at all.

5 min warm up

18 minutes alternating between 60 sec jog and 90 sec walk

5 minute cool down

We went about 1.8 miles, which I guess was pretty slow, judging by this little comment from the app. Ha! My friend pointed out turtles are faster than slugs, so there’s that. :) Anyway, just thought I’d post in case anyone wanted to join in!
