I need to crowdsource!

What are my rights as a credit card owner if I see a fraudulent charge on my statement and

a) apparently the card was swiped at the transaction and

b) my card was not stolen??????

I have NO idea how this happened, but I have a $316 charge at a grocery store that I have never been to. BUT, this store is in a neighborhood that I have only been to once, and that visit was 1 week before the fraudulent charge... making me think that my credit card number was stolen and somehow manually input at this other grocery store? Is that a thing that's even possible?!

The person I spoke to at BofA told me that they have some formal process for reviewing fraudulent charges, but seemed to imply that I'm not going to get a refund because the card was swiped.
