so I love figs. I love getting them when we are out to eat with savory combinations- like fig and prosciutto flatbread, fig and blue cheese salad... Mmmmm.
I bought four calimyrna figs today at the store. We almost never have them fresh here! So how do I fig? Do I eat the outside part? Do I eat them raw? Cooked? Google isn't helping too much as apparently this type of fig is typically dried.
