We had a bit of a storm last weekend and a huge branch broke off the huge tree in our tiny front yard.
Fortunately, it just landed on the sidewalk and no body/thing was damaged. Unfortunately, we have a teeny-tiny car, nothing to cut it up with, and no idea what to do with it. For me, that means anxiety ignoring the situation. Yesterday, the guy next door said he was hauling some stuff in his pickup to the dumpster at his work and offered to chop it up and take it away. This morning, it was gone. It's such a relief and I'm so grateful! I want to do something for him/give him something, but I'd rather it not be cookies or a gift card.
Anyone have any creative ideas for a solid 'thank you'? Bonus points if it's something I can make and/or doesn't cost much.
