You guise, I've decided to make this.

Fried goat cheese. I have a small log that I left in the freezer and some leftover panko crumbs. My thing is we're all out of eggs. I've read that I could dust the slices with flour and then wetting them before adding the crumbs. Or dipping them in butter.

Have the hivemind tried either of these? Do you have any other suggestions?
