We’re just about halfway through the 21 day meditation experience! How are you all doing?
I really struggled today. I’m on my period and having cramps so just getting physically comfortable enough to check out (or in, depending on how you look at it :) was difficult. Also, the music for today’s was annoying? That... might also be my period, lol.
How about you guys? You doing better than I am? :D
And, as always, any resources/reflections? I am embarrassed to admit that I just noticed the journal prompts in the Oprah/Chopra app the other day, lol.
