The following line was in a marketing e-mail that went out today (changed slightly to avoid doxxing):

[We] are offering for a security scan assessment to aid in identifying and remediating any potential risk in your environment.

This is not the first time that the marketing team has made grammar errors in their communications that change what they're trying to say. The PowerPoint presentation that displays in our reception area has at least three slides with major grammatical errors.

I don't normally care too much about grammar errors, but when the errors change what we're trying to say or make us look incompetent, they starts to become a problem...
