I am flying to your town tomorrow for the very first time and am looking for places to eat delicious food. Is there a local delicacy that I would be remiss not to taste? I will be staying downtown and would prefer to be in walking distance of stuff, but I am willing to cab out for something really special. I am most appreciative of your local insights!
I have literally not left southern California or the desert since before I went to southeast Asia in November, which was (SPOILER ALERT) also very warm. It was 84 degrees yesterday and I went to the beach. I am a little terrified of the cold and my weak, soft body with its' warm weather thinned blood, but hopefully I will survive with minimal sniffles. Is Denver cold a wet cold?
Lastly, if anyone wants to grab drinks or something tomorrow around 9ish or Wednesday night, send me an e-mail (singsyoursong AT gmail DOT com). Here is a previous meet-up thingy I posted last March when I went to DC which is still accurate so you can check to make sure I'm someone you'd want to meet up with. (SPOILER ALERT #2 - I am still not a serial killer.)
Thanks GTers! Have some photos from this painfully cute Instagram account as thanks.
