Diagnose me: wtf is up with my sleeping pattern?

Ok, if this continues, I will go to the doctors, don't worry. It's only been going on two or three days though, so maybe it's stress or whatever.

Usually, I am a night owl. I can easily stay awake into the wee hours (as anyone who plays CAH on here knows...) and, to the annoyance of my boyfriend, sleep well into the day. I mean, I *can* get up early to get to work and such, but I love my lie ins. If I have to get up early I usually go to bed around 11pm.

But the last couple of days, I have been completely exhausted. I've already had glandular fever so it can't be that. Yesterday I went to bed at 8.30, woke up this morning at 8.40 AM, and went about my day feeling kind of tired. Accidently had a two hour nap around 4PM, got up and made myself a coffee and dinner (which was AWESOME btw), and now it's 9:50 PM and I'm exhausted again. I just don't get it. It's like a complete and sudden shift of my body clock.


Could it be a side effect of my anti-depressants? I've been on them for about 3 months now though, and it's never happened before. I'm on the implant and had it for three years (getting it changed on friday) so I don't think it's that either. I feel kind of sad because my boyfriend has gone to visit his family for a couple of weeks so I'm a bit lonely, and stressed because of the money issues, finding a job and all my uni work which I am waaay behind on, but stress usually makes me unable to sleep?

So... any armchair doctors?
