Hey GT, I hope you’re having a great Saturday! I’m trying to get my shit together this year, and part of that includes diet and exercise lifestyle changes. I’ve gained a lot of weight and lost a lot of muscle strength in the five years since being raped, most of it due to overeating, drinking too much, and not being active. I’m looking to change my diet and start moving my body, and I’d love to hear what works for y’all! Any recommendations or tips would be very appreciated!
