Tw: diet talk/ weight loss

So my kiddo is almost two, and due to medication changes while pregnant I gained almost 100 lbs with her, even though I was working out 90 mins a day while pregnant up until the last month when I put on bed rest. For reference, I was 10 lbs under my goal weight when I got pregnant, and typically work out 5 days a week for about an hour (barre, light weights, walking/ jogging or elliptical depending on pain levels and weather). I eat pretty well, but I don’t obsessively follow a diet, bc of past ED issues- I just keep healthy food in the house and rarely eat out. Veggie heavy, lots of fruit, not many carbs but when I do it’s whole grains. But- then difficult pregnancy, cardiac event day after c-section, HELLP syndrome, 8 weeks recovery, an extra 4 weeks of blood pressure meds, then off of them completely (really weird for me bc my pressure is typically low). And now I’m as back into my routine as I can get with a toddler running around and work schedules.

I can’t lose this last 10/15 lbs guys. People with kids- does this just stick around? Do the people I know who lost it all just have blessed genetics? I am a bit older as far as first time kids go- 36. I know the SHAPE of my body is probably permanently changed, but I’d really like to not buy new clothes for that one size difference. I really hate clothes shopping. And I’m pretty broke what with the kid.

Any ideas? I can’t go no carbs due to medications- I will puke them up with no carbs at all in my system, and I get brain foggy- and I have enough of that anyway. Currently doing 60 mins 5/6 days a week exercise, rotating areas to not burn out, get injured. Try to do more when I have time. Been on a plateau for 4 weeks. Help!
