I'm pretty sure all the best recipes start with "saute onions, garlic, and bell peppers". Tonight, that combination was the start to American goulash. I've made it before using a recipe from memory based on what my mom made growing up. But this recipe added red wine and soy sauce, and so far it smells amazing. It seems like a pretty great way to use up the elk burger that has been in my freezer for a year.

This website is quickly becoming my go-to. I've never had a bad recipe from it, so far I've tried her sesame chicken (amazing), honey mustard pork chops (almost as amazing). I like her recipes because they are pretty easy to make, but they aren't boring, and there is a huge variety.
