Welcome To The Bitchery


I love getting inspiration from all of you, many of my new favorite recipes have come from these very threads! In fact, dinner tonight is Whatname's Sweet and Sour Pork. I'm think I'm going to serve it with buttermilk mashed potatoes (also a GTer recommendation). It's been cooking all day and the smell is making me hungry. The only problem is I'm also dehydrating some cinnamon apples in my oven. The two smells separately are really good, but I don't think it is a scent combination I want to repeat in the future. It isn't bad, just weird.
