What’s for dinner, GT? You guys always have the most delicious sounding food! I made veggie fried rice with onion, carrots, garlic, zucchini, and spinach, and a huge tray of BBQ chicken meatballs. There is seriously not a crumb left, and there were 2 pounds of rice and 45 meatballs!

I hit the sales jackpot today at a local outlet/restaurant supply store, and got 10 pounds of 80/20 ground beef for $10. I don’t know about you, but for me, that is basically unheard of. I also got 6 1/2 pounds of chicken necks for $3.75 (mmm... chicken stock...), 1 1/2 pounds of flank steak for $6, and 3 pounds of chicken and apple sausages for $3. I’ve missed meat. I broke everything down into smaller packages and froze it, so we’ll be set for meat-based dishes for a few weeks, which is nice.
