No one’s started a dinner post yet, but I want to share so here’s my dinner! We wanted to experiment with grilled pizza and it was a delicious success. The trick is to slide the dough onto the hot grill, cook on one side, then flip and add your toppings.

Margherita (marinate tomatoes, mash them on the pizza dough, add cheese and basil)

Slightly more amoebic looking, goat cheese with date and ham.
