Not the world's greatest picture, but it works. I took the 5 pack of bratwurst that I got from the food pantry yesterday (the bigger pack was beer brats. Aka, not gluten free, dammit. I gave them to O-H. They'll get et!) and peeled off the casing. I crumbled up the meat and fried it with chopped up onion and mushrooms, then concocted a sauce out of ketchup, yellow mustard, Worcestershire, a splash of teriyaki sauce, and sweet Thai chili sauce. Made a big pot of short grain brown rice to go with it. And yes, I know, the sauce sounds gross written out like that, but trust me, it's really good!
