I made cheesy cornbread waffles with powdered goat’s milk and a bit of grated goat’s milk Munster cheese, and one of my many variations on chili. This one is a can of Hormel chili, a can of black beans, a can of corn, a can of diced tomatoes and green chilies, some chipotle salsa, and tomato, pepper, and onion sauce.

Pretty much out of fresh stuff for the next week, so it’s creativity time!
