It’s hoooooootttttt. I cooked. What was I thinking?? I was literally dripping with sweat by the time I was done (appetizing, I know). At least it was good. How about you?
I made 2 pastas - regular rigatoni and gf fusilli. One sauce... a tuna arrabiata with broccoli. Sounds weird, right? It was so good! I sauteed thinly sliced onion in garlic and chili oils, added a couple pouches of tuna, a big can of stewed tomatoes, tomato and garlic pastes, a handful of dried spinach, and half a bag of frozen broccoli.
