So.... it feels as if we haven’t had one of these in a bit. What are you guise cooking? Anyone meal planning for the week? Or have you recently discovered a great dish/recipe you now want to share with us all because it is just soon good?
I was feeling like pasta and some legume for tonight and half remembered a pinned recipe for lentil ragú. With only one substitution (beluga instead of brown lentils) I had everything in the kitchen and I can only urge you to make your own. It is fantastic, easy and just hits the spot after a day of playing in the snow.
No real plans for the coming week except for making Mrs Kostyra’s Borschtsch, again. Ever since I made that one a few years ago for the first time, I have to have it a few times each winter.
