Dinner Thread!

For the first time in a couple of weeks, I’ve actually done something that could be called cooking dinner, instead of just throwing stuff in the microwave or making some fried eggs and toast or ramen or something.

Tonight, we’re having baked potatoes coated in olive oil, salt, and garlic, and a baked ham with an apricot and sriracha glaze. Also, a bag of microwaved mixed veggies.
