I'm so excited for my pizza experiment tonight, I just had to share!

I recently bought some of the Aidells's mango jalapeño sausages, but had no idea what to do with then. But then the internet suggested pasta with the sausage and roasted red peppers. That sounded good, but not quite what I wanted. Then I realized that could translate to pizza! So I am making a pizza with a standard red sauce (though a touch spicier than I usually make it), roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, and mango jalapeño chicken sausage. I'm so excited to see if this works out to be as good as it sounds in my head.

Is anybody else doing food experiments, or sticking with tried and true, like last night's dinner of a bowl of cereal at 9 pm?
