What do you like and dislike about your job? Be careful not to dox yourselves. I’m just thinking a lot about my job lately.

I like my job a lot, when I get to do it. I’m a personal assistant and I also look after some other functions for the firm. I like the tasks I look after, I like the firm and I like the people, including the COO who is my boss, she’s fair and good to people.

What I don’t like is the amount of work, or more to the point, the lack of it. I have some good days where I get to be busy but mostly I’m lacking things to do. I look after 4 people but they don’t generate much work for me. I’ve asked others if I can help them but that rarely generates anything new. I’m out of ideas now.
