Some background - I was sleeping terribly, my doctor tweaked some thyroid meds and it helped so much. But a week later, the insomnia has started up again, and it's killing me. I get one stupid music phrase stuck in my head and it won't shut up! It happens every few months, and I think it's an anxiety manifestation, but I need it to stop. If anyone has any suggestions that don't rely on taking anything (I already take a bunch of stuff,) I'd love them. My next step is doing a sleep study if I can't sort this out.
