Ingredients:

3 stalks of celery

1/2 red onion

1 small red bell pepper

1 carrot

4 cans light tuna in water

3 heaping spoonfuls mayonaise

1 spoonful mustard (I use Dijon because I have it)

Salt and pepper

Here comes the fun part:

DICING.

You need a fine dice on all veggies.

Open, drain and add cans of tuna.

Next add mayo, mustard, and a few shakes of salt, and double shakes of pepper. Yeah, double shakes is a measurement. I just made it up.

Mix it all up with a spoon, and BAM. Delicious, veggie-filled crunchy tuna. It's so yummy. I shall eat it for lunch this week.
