I half assed the marinade (skipped Worcestershire, “fresh squeezed lemon juice” meant the lemon syrup I made earlier this week because it’s where all my lemons went, skipped garlic since I don’t like it) and used the super thin steak cut into strips instead of a thick cube. I also didn’t use any veggies because I’m unhealthy. I only marinated a couple hours and it was amazing hot, amazing cold, amazing just now from the fridge and it’ll be amazing tonight chopped up in rice! Eat it! Make more than you think you'll need, because you'll want it!
