So about 3 weeks ago I upped my workouts to 4-5 times per week, up from 1-2. Holy cats I am starving all the time lately! I assume it's because my metabolism us working harder, I'm not worried about it, but it's just funny because I used to be that annoying person who would literally forget to eat. Now I'm eating on hobbit-time.
I'm getting bored of Kind bars, what are some decently nutritious, easy snacks you guys like? I'm not that creative lately.
