Hey y'all. I don't eat enough vegetables, because I am poor. I eat a lot of rice and beans and lentils, and I'm starting to get better about incorporating tomatoes and avocados and onions sometimes, and I throw frozen vegetables into many of my rice and bean concoctions. However, I probably average, at best, like 1-2 servings of vegetables a day, not counting beans. Help me be healthy! How do broke-ass, busy busy busy people get their veggies in?
