So I've been significantly overweight for a couple of years, but I'm working hard to lose it and I'm down about 30 pounds at this stage (yay!). But I have a bit of a case of the sads as the dull ache in my outer "flank" has lead to the appearance of some very small thread veins. I imagine that, if I let them get out of hand, they will turn into bigger (or at least more plentiful) thread veins, and I'd like to not have that.
I feel like, as much as this is about my health, there are aspects of significant weight loss that are a little hard to come to terms with, like loose skin and other signs of "permanent" damage.
So apart from regular exercise, water and massage, is there anything you would recommend?
