I just got done watching this movie (again, I've seen it at least a dozen times) and yet again I'm reminded of why it's my favorite movie. It's sad, it's hopeful, it's funny, it's creepy. It's like life.
This movie resonates very deeply with me. It feels real. Every time I watch it, I have such an emotional response. I start thinking about past relationships I've had (especially the last serious one) and it makes me cry. And yet, I keep coming back to it. It's cathartic. And it offers hope for a happy ending.
Also, Clementine's break up with creepy creepy Patrick is the best thing ever. It starts at 1:50.
