I went to a Zumba class yesterday, second one I've ever gone to. As I am severely out of shape, I had a hard time keeping up. That's not my problem though. My problem is my whole body is so very hurty right now. With that in mind, do any of you know any remedies to lessen the achiness (other than to keep exercising, since I plan on doing that anyway)? I have a cardio kickboxing class tomorrow, and I'd like to be able to actually move around.
