Experiencing canning emergency. HALP!

I thought I would have time to make and can this tomato jam this morning, but it's taking WAY longer than anticipated to cook down. I think it's going to reach the proper consistency soon, but I also need to get ready for work, and I don't think I'm going to have time to can it. What should I do with the jam after it cooks down? I am so kicking myself right now for not pushing this off to another day, but I honestly thought I had time for everything. Oh well. TIA.
