A known performer wrote a book about his experiences as being a victim of sexual abuse as a child. His exwife sued him in court to stop the publication arguing their child would have problems dealing with it. The book is about the father not their teen son so libel is not an issue. The judge agreed using an old 1800s law. Someone explain. I have serious problems with this.
http://www.theguardian.com/books/2014/oct… Someone explain this. To me this is his story to tell and one person should not put a hold on publication.
