I'm hosting Shabbos dinner tomorrow night, for 13 people not including my husband and I. This is the first time I've ever prepared a meal for this many people and I want it to go well. The only thing I haven't planned yet is salad. I want to do two different green salads, as that will be the main green vegetable for the meal. We're also having a vineagery cucumber salad, but the green salads will be the first course. No dairy ingredients because we're having brisket and bbq chicken for dinner. I have a zesty Italian dressing and an Asian Sesame dressing in the fridge, so preferably something that goes with either of those.
I'm going to search the internet, but it's a bit overwhelming when you don't really have a starting point.
