I’ve been super busy lately, but my schedule finally slows down next week. And all I want to do these days is spend some quality time in the kitchen making delicious, healthful comfort foods.

Someone posted a great food blog in the fall foods thread the other day (Seasons & Suppers), and I’m wondering what other suggestions you guys have? I’m not vegetarian and don’t really have any dietary restrictions, just looking for flavourful, simple food made with fresh ingredients.
