Well, yeah, it's a combination of silly Tarantino tropes and lancing at serious stuff. Christoph Waltz is phenomenal, as is Jamie Foxx. Not as cohesive as Inglourious Basterds, but still fairly compelling.
Kind of a delightful mess. Tarantino seems to be on a mission to fix the world's great injustices.

Step Three: ???
Can we expect a "Trail of Not Tears but Murderous Vengeance" movie next?
