Welcome To The Bitchery

First Outside run of 2014...

Wow, it feels weird to get off the treadmill. I think my legs are going to come out of their hip sockets. The last time I ran off a treadmill was in January for the indoor 5k. This race is going to suck and I'm going to be finishing with everybody's grandmas. *whine* I'm too young to have my hips hurt like this! Are there any stretches that can help these?
