Fitness and Activity Post OT

I feel like we haven’t had one of these in forever? Admittedly the only uper body workout I have done for most of the pandemic is lifting food to my mouth...

Anyhoo, it’s hot as fuck here thanks to summer, so I can’t walk as much without becoming a swamp monster. I texted my former trainer and paid him to make me workouts (4 a week, they last about 40-50 mins) and holy fuck did I miss working those muscles. I finished week 3 and I’m getting some strength back. :)

I’m also on day 3 of really* trying to eat better and I am hoping I can start dropping some weight - I was already about 15 lbs above where I needed to be before this pandemic, and uhhh things have gotten worse since March.

What have y’all been up to for activity/fitness stuff lately? I will admit I am often just pacing around my house for 30-45 mins while reading to get some activity during the day.

*I enjoy eating lots of healthy foods, but for a long while I’ve self-sabotaged with also eating a lot of high calorie/high carb foods. Because I eat my feelings. All of them. AAAALLLLL OF THEM.
