It’s that time again. Today I have discussion prompts. First, what did you achieve that you’re proud of this week, big or small? Second, what has your fitness like helped you out on in regular life?
I’ll start. I had scaled my squat weight back to focus on form and it’s getting better so I think I can start going up in weight again.
Also, I think that learning to take up space and be comfortable in the gym has helped me do it in other arenas, especially other male-dominated spaces.
