Hey hey hey, it’s been a while since I’ve seen a fitness post. Talk amongst yourselves. 

I’ve been working with a trainer because lack of accountability plus eating my way through 2018, and it’s been great. Tonight I deadlifted 145 lbs, which was really fucking cool. I like deadlifts because I feel powerful, compared to like incline chest fly where I’m struggling with a 15 lb weight in each hand.

And we upped weights on the good mornings and narrow-grip pulldowns.

I will be a little sore and slow tomorrow, but worth it!
