Morning all! Time to check in and chat about how we’re doing on our fitness goals for the week.

I did pretty well at getting to the gym. Yesterday morning I wasn’t even the only woman in the weight room. If the weather stays nice I will try for a run later. Of course if you’re marching today that’s double duty activism and exercise.

I have some great motivation to share, in the form of a book I read a while back:

It’s amazing and really motivates me to workout to spite the patriarchy. And to celebrate women like Katherine Switzer. And to realize that my lifelong clumsiness may be more learned than innate.
